What helped me was this: 1) Studying 2-3 hours a day. 1. FYI teeth whitening strips don't work 2. If you do use whitening strips, its recommended to use them 1x every week 3. And they don't last 6 months if you use them every day, crest gives you 10 pairs

They definitly work haha, maybe not as effectively as your local dentist using his whitenting techniques, but I think it‘s good to try it out, because they don‘t cost much. I don‘t have much experience with them, but some friends do, and they have really white teeth. Anyways, just take a look at the product and look at how often you should apply them. (I came on 2x / day - daily, because most websites say that ) Even there one product page says you should apply them daily for 20-30 days. As An indian, I Am Worried Where This Generation Will Go And They Will Just Be Stucked In These Things Like Becoming Popular And Not being Quiet Loner or Somewhat Like That. Like Focusing On Physique And Studies I Would Encourage But Doing These Things To Show Others Is Something That Will Waste A Lot Of Your Time. And Ultimately When You Will Get Out Of School.
