Unlike Estes that need 1 magic item (fleeting time) because his ult is really beneficial for team fight, Rafaela can go full tank items because she has low CD 2nd skill that pretty much her main power as a support to heal. The mov. speed buff the team get from her 2nd skill make them easily enter and go out from fight zone. Rafaela is one of the best, if not the best, pure supports in Land of Dawn.
