Ben, you were reading my mind. I'm considering an Axopar down in Southwest Florida where beaching is inviting. I've crossed oceans but never beached a power boat...so thank you for this!

Shallow water operations can be quite tricky. The only thing I would add is, if you aren’t familiar with the boat and/or approach, don’t risk it. A beaching attempt can turn into a stranding or sinking very easily. Destroying a 1/3 to 1/2 million dollar boat would be terrible.
