asianHmong, sorry, I don't know. these are my moms but I believe she bought them during the Hmong New Year. But I do know that if you are from MN or CA, there are plenty of stores that will sell them.

ASilverPeony, sorry for such a late reply, as for your question, no, the belts does not have to have a certain type of pattern/designs. My belt's designs never match my actual outfit, it is just what you like. I hope that help. I will also put more tutorials up soon. :)
