Belphemon is a interesting control type deck. It plays its main support pieces for cheap thanks to deletion of a lower level and can set up its trash wel. If Astamon is in its source, it can trash 2 cards to negate an attack, then use Astamon effect to bring out a digimon with blocker or maybe a floodgate to stop memory gain or reduction of play costs.

Literally won a 20 person locals last week with Belphamon and it recently topped regional. It’s not meta but at local levels where most people play it’s still good especially if you use ukkomon card is busted.

Another way to destroy Belphemon is Gracenova. Use the ble tamer to dna digivolve at start of opponent's turn before they can use Belphemon rage mode's main effect, and destroy them.
