Tbh idk about Dead Space and Silent Hill. Dead Space is insane because no matter your mental fortitude is the marker would make you insane or how good you are at defeating Necromorphs they will never stop. Silent Hill is unbeatable because one thing is that it wouldn't be exactly like the games because it is unique to each person. You are literally facing your own inner demons.

@@NotBeeko they tried. Watch the animated tie-in movies. I believe in either 5 or 6 it's mentioned also but don't take my word on that. The survivors of the first games all testified against Umbrella... they didn't just go into hiding or go on their own personal missions right away. Umbrella collapsed and the BSAA was formed. None of this helps one survive Racoon City in the first place though... can't sue unless you make it out alive first.

Correction when explaining nemises. All tyrants wear limiter coats that stop them from further mutating. Doing damage to them isn't what mutes them, damaging the coat does.

Nemesis specifically targets STARS members, if you aren't one, you're safe. Not from the zombies though. He is actually kind of a joke in the remake compared to the original. Sure he has, like, 4 polygons but he does a lot of shit he doesn't do in the remake, like actually appear in different places depending on the route you take, use the rocket launcher outside of 1 scripted sequence (cutscene) and has a "wind-up" sprint and sucker punch that outruns Jill if she tries to simply run away

tbh. Nemesis had great opportunity in Jills apartament to kill her. I cant understand why it didnt killed her then, and instead it was toying with her. Jill in Remake should not survive first few minutes in game.
