I wanna chime in with three plans to foderize sukuna without manga knowledge. 1. Yuji switches with gojo so gojo can learn soul punches and lock in black flashes, sukuna drops his output while fighting gojo and absolutely gets cooked(also since the goal always was to separate megumis soul from sukuna I never got why gojo was aiming to kill sukuna this i think should be even more in character) 2. Todo swaps with Ui Ui and yuji learns to swap souls with oogie boogie and either they get more swaps to train and become stronger than the two people they swapped with or literally todo switches yujis soul with megumi and imprisons sukuna again and just lets todo absolutely beat the shit out his soul to kill sukuna within him or talks no jutsu him like we saw sorta ended up happening. 3. Yuta brings takaba with him to the fight after killing Kenny and honestly sukuna won’t be able to take a joke and die.

My plan for taking on Sukuna is simple and stupid. First of all, Kashimo drops down, yata yata. Yuta kills Kenjaku and not only eats the head but takes the body too. He does this all while letting cursed spirits run amok. He gets cursed spirit manipulation, eliminates them all using Dhruv's shikigami, feeds the grade 1+ ones to Rika then travels from lake Gosho to current area. Meanwhile, Higuruma gets murked and Yuji talks no jutsu's Sukuna to piss him off to buy time. Tengen arrives and Yuta immediately follows. Since he has his ring on, obviously, he'll use CSM to unleash a bunch of cursed spirits on Sukuna and have some of them use their domain. Yuji, Yuta and the highest level spirits will follow Sukuna into the domain and fight him to deteriorate his RCT and output further. While that's happening, Maki sneaks Uraume and Uraume's body taken away. Sukuna prolly can't sense wtf is going on outside domain. Then, Yuta will wait for Sukuna to destroy the spirit performing the domain before popping his own, overriding his time limit... sort of. Yuji, Rika, Yuta and the rest of the spirits if original timer didn't disappear will fight Sukuna. Sukuna knocks Yuta out of fight, and Rika takes him away. Maki sneaks Sukuna and runs away and Hakari traps him in a domain with Choso and begin reflecting damage back at him while Choso uses blood manipulation to dull Sukuna's movements to prevent him from performing any more of his nonesense. Domain breaks and Hakari goes wam on Sukuna. Choso runs away. Maki appears, takes another one of Sukuna's arms and jumps with Hakari being her meat shield. Todo joins the battle and focuses on preventing lethal damage to Hakari. Rika saves Yuta, he comes back, has her eat Uraume, goes back into battle, being joined by Yuji. Makes a binding vow that sacrifices 3 techniques or something for an extra 2 minutes. Uses Uraume's frost calm on Hakari then Todo swaps him with Sukuna. Angel appears and she Yuta perform a double jacobs ladder. The dual damage should damage Sukuna to the point his domain would immediately crumbled upon being popped

Frankly, I feel like maki, yuta, higuruma and Yuji are enough. The executioner sword is just too op, no matter the plan, I feel like it should be included. Since Higuruma seems to be able to give the sword to somebody else as long as he is conscious, giving the sword to Maki while Yuta and Yuji are distracting sukuna (Yuta would most likely open his domain right after higuruma gave the death penalty) seems to be the best option. Once the domain shatters because of sukuna maybe slashing Yuta, Maki would do the same surprise attack she did in the story and boom, they won. You could aslo straight up bring todo and his enhanced boogie woogie and give the sword to somebody while he is swapping everyone, like Yuji or Yuta Man this just makes me realise just how much Higuruma was wasted during the arc. You could also say that maki just going for the head in the original story instead of the heart would have seal the deal.

First when Gojo trains with Yuta they both benefit massively from this training Gojo probably got slightly better at RCT since Yuta has enough understanding to output RCT and Yuta massively benefits by learning more about how to use CE efficiently and enhancing his Domain Expansion barrier and targeting system. Also giving Yuta some experience with Gojo’s Body so it’ll be the only swap that stays the same.

After that Yuta should swap with Kusakabe instead of Yuji so that way Kusakabe gets access to RCT and Yuta learns simple domain as well as Kusakabe’s sword techniques and probably further enhancing Yuta’s CE efficiency since Yuta is still too over reliant on his massive amount of CE to tank attacks. This will also help Yuta further understand barriers and how they work by learning simple domain

And Choso would inherit RCT and Simple domain just like Normal. And this is optional and not recommended but Choso could switch with Kamo as well before training with Yuji just so he learns more blood manipulation techniques to share between him and Yuji cause Choso was stuck in a jar for a long time lol. Yuji again should go for some black flashes while possessing Choso’s body cause Choso likely hasn’t experienced on yet

It is my opinion that even though the technique is taken away, Sukuna would somehow still use the barrier knowledge to finesse something (i.e erect barriers to get amps like Kusikabe does with his automatic hit simple barrier). Another possible plan for Gojo is telling him to forget having a fulfilling fight and just end Sukuna quickly. The moment he fires of the 200% Hollow Purple he should teleport to Sukuna's location and immediately domain; maybe even in the middle of the explosion. That Hollow Purple blew off both of Sukuna's arms when he defended himself. If Sukuna, caught off-guard, had enough time to react and defend against the Hollow Purple, Gojo, who knows the exact moment the Hollow Purple is fired because he's the one firing it, should have more than enough time to teleport to Sukuna's location and actually get their before the Purple does. Meaning he would be there for the entire time Sukuna has no arms and is incapable of opening domain, leaving him completely and utterly exposed to UV. We even see that in the original fight Gojo gets their while Sukuna is still missing an arm. He literally could have just opened domain right there and ended the fight with no casualties. If you want to ignore that and want an actual addition to Gojo's fight strategy in a scenario where he still has the same amount of information he had in the original, then Gojo should have used Simple Domain the entirety of the fight. There is no indication in the manga that simple domain has a time limit or can't be used at the same time as the users domain (the second point can be pseudo-supported by the fact Sukuna can use domain amplifcation at the same time as his domain). If fighting within the clashes, Gojo's domain is already taking care of the sure-hit of Sukuna's domain, so the simple domain isn't being torn away by MS. Thanks to Kusakabe, we also know that simple domain actually provides an output boost to the user and weakens incoming attacks within it's range. So if Gojo actually maintained a simple domain while fighting Sukuna within the clashes, he'd actually be doing more damage than what we see him do in the original fight, meaning he breaks Sukuna's domain faster than MS breaks UV's barrier. You might be able to even argue that since simple domain provides an output boost, the barrier of UV should last longer than we see it does in the original fight thanks to said boosted output, making it even harder for Sukuna to outlast it. Gojo's infinity would also be operating at a higher output, while at the same time the output of sukuna's basic reinforced attacks and his domain amplification should be weakened while within the range of simple domain. The combination of those 3 factors should give Gojo even more of an advantage in CQC. Within a domain clash it would essentially be a simple domain amped Gojo vs a simple domain nerfed Sukuna, which would very much have Sukuna's MS breaking earlier than UV goes down.

Perfect plan to defeat Sukuna just requires Gojo to have a change in personality. Have Gojo allow kashimo to fight Sukuna first so the group gets an idea of what Sukuna has. At the very least Sukuna will pull out mahoraga to allow mahoraga to get even stronger for later, and at best Sukuna pulls out his domain expansion. This will drain some of sukunas CE for the Gojo fight, and now that Gojo will know Sukuna has an open barrier, and has a different personality, he’ll go for the win. When Sukuna tries to expand his domain, instead of countering with his own domain Gojo would teleport out of there, allowing him to avoid CT burnout. Sukuna can’t relocate his domain because of its open barrier, and the shrine being the center not sukuna. Now either Sukuna can take down his domain to continue the fight, or he can wait in his domain. Sukuna would probably take down his domain and go back to fighting Gojo. Let’s assume that he already knows how to restore a burnt out CT, so he has his ct again. They fight a bit more, Sukuna expands his domain but this time Sukuna expands his with a closed barrier to stop Gojo from escaping. Gojo verifies the barrier is closed by waiting for a few seconds and healing, before expanding his own domain. The sure hits cancel out and it becomes straight hands. We have seen how this plays out before, Sukuna starts to lose, and Gojo crushes his heart with his superior h2h skill. Sukuna realizing if infinite void hits it’s an insta loss, and attempts to summon mahoraga, and all the other shikigami at his disposal. Throughout the fight Sukuna would have still been forcing megumis soul to bear the process of adaptation of IV, but at this point mahoraga would not have fully adapted, meaning using the 10s, utilizing megumis technique wouldn’t work. Technically the fight would end now, because the shikigami would not be able to be summoned, and sukunas domain would collapse, and he would get hit by infinite void. However, I’m just gonna say for sukunas sake that he makes a binding bow sacrificing the rest of the shikigami in exchange for allowing the adaptation to instantly complete itself. Sukuna has to bear infinite void for the 2 seconds it takes mahoraga to break the barrier(because sukuna himself never adapted to IV, mahoraga did). Then, the fight continues. During the original fight both Sukuna and Gojo were unable to continue expanding their domains because Sukuna got hit by IV and took brain damage, and Gino restored his technique too many times. This time, Gojo would have only restored his technique once, but Sukuna would have still taken in IV, making him unable to expand his domain. Ready to kill mahoraga, Gojo expands his domain again, giving Sukuna even more brain damage. Mahoraga pops out, but Gojo has already readied a purple that takes out mahoraga as mahoraga breaks the domain to save Sukuna. With no mahoraga, no domain, and brain damage, Sukuna is very slow. Gojo refreshes his technique and expands his domain for the 3rd and last time, keeping it open for 5 minutes, causing Sukuna to go into a catatonic state permanently for the rest of his life. Megumis soul, who had been forced to adapt to infinite void is unaffected. Sukuna collapses to the ground, a vegetable, and the fight ends. Gojo didn’t do this in the manga because he was to egotistical and wanted to fight Sukuna band for band, and running away from sukunas domain is just out of character.

And sukunas smart, he probably knows that if he uses his domain on kashimo, the sorcerers may have a way of seeing it. But most importantly, kashimo is NOT a opponent sukuna needs to use his domain on. In fact, gojo is the only person sukuna needs to use his domain on to win against.

None of these plans are good enough to work. Larue and Miguel won't agree to come in earlier ever. If Sukuna feels pressed he will find a way to reopen his DE, or would start trying more, so pressing Sukuna is actually gonna make things worse not better. Jacobs Ladder before Yuji has managed to seperate Sukuna and Megumis souls even a bit would lead to them both dying which Yuji won't agree to. Also assuming telling Yuji "Megumi would refuse your help" would make Yuji immediately reach the end of what his mindset became is way too generous... These are all just terrible...

Yuta shouldve eaten nobara's arm and some healable internal organs,made a one use binding vow resonance at max output,used it during the domain clashes and they just win once IV lands and mahoraga isnt adpated. If nobara's output is enough to make any sukuna flinch,then yuta's output with the binding vow would be more than enough and an arm/some eternal damage can be healed by yuta himself.

If Sukuna is using Ten Shadows then he also can't use Domain Amplification to attack through Limitless and protect himself. More risky does not mean less effective. Getting close to Gojo and turning off his sure-hit was way riskier than trying to break it from the inside but also way more rewarding than that would've been. Not to mention that Sukuna breaking it from the inside wouldn't matter. If Gojo has knowledge of the Open Barrier Domain then he'd try the flipped conditions barrier right away, after Sukuna breaks that from the outside (like he did originally and WOULD in character) Gojo would shrink the barrier to his Domain. After this Sukuna wouldn't be able to break it from the inside at all because the conditions aren't flipped, the outside is just strengthened by it being smaller. They'd cancel out twice with the third following Domain Clash resulting in Gojo being an instant faster just like he was in the manga. In this scenario Gojo uses one less Domain and brain heal than he would've originally. Not only would this mean Mahoraga wouldn't get the time it needed to adapt to Infinite Void, but even if Sukuna did somehow get out of it Gojo would still be able to do his 5th Domain Expansion at which point he would just win because Sukuna cannot Domain at all and had already revealed his hand with Mahoraga.

Alright I got one. Swap out gojo for kashimo right after the last hollow purple and watch it go down. Kashimo dies, but def forces out a wcs or two, gojo gets to see it, has a water break, and then gets swapped back in the moment, like the very second kashimo is waffled. Gojo then takes his free W beating the piss out of .5 hp megkuna or reincarnated heian sukuna because sukuna isn't going to be ready for round 2. If things are still looking dicey, swap higuruma in with gojo and have gojo body block for a free domain activation. No ct sukuna is losing that fight horribly.

I still hold that bringing higuruma with gojo on the swap back after kashimo loses is almost a free win, because it is just a race between sukuna casting wcs and higuruma opening domain and sukuna probably won't go straight for binding vow no warning shot since the only reason he did that last time was because he was about to die and genuinely panicked. If he does go for it, he will have to choose between gojo rushing him down for h2h or higuruma opening domain. Both are losing options. Either he doesn't get off the wcs in time and loses shrine with gojo present, hits higuruma but loses the freebie wcs so has to fight gojo with domain amp and hoping to land a telegraphed wcs with diminished output, or hits gojo and loses shrine. With todo present if he telegraphs the attack it isn't hitting anyways. All of these are losses. The most likely scenario I think is probably higuruma domain going off first, since it is supposedly extremely fast to activate.
