Other than attractions, you can also duck into the restrooms. Or a shop. I did both of those when I went this past June, but ultimately had to go back to my resort room each afternoon. Animal Kingdom has several lounges where you don't need to buy anything to sit down, and if you're in Epcot, the shaded corridors connecting the areas of Future World are a great place to reset yourself.

Every time I have been to WDW, Epcot seems to be the hottest of the parks when I am walking through it, then Animal Kingdom is a close 2nd to it. But I agree with a comment here earlier that the Gran Fiesta Tour is a great way to help beat the heat! Disney California Adventure has that Art of Animation where they have that drawing class as well and it too is a great place to beat the heat if you're in Southern Cali on your Disney vacation there. :)

At Epcot I would add the kawaii exhibit in Japan, the test track showroom, the dump grounds at both Spaceship Earth and Mission Space.

I live in the UK and most of our theme parks only have A/C in restaurants and I don't know if your 4D cinemas are the same but ours use effects like things to tickle your ankles and back of your neck, bubbles, lights and sometimes a burst of fire!!! Along with our chairs are able to rock back, forward and side to side!

Thank you for the Florida water warning -- for those of us not from the Orlando area, the water really does taste like 'swamp water.' Yucky. We get ice water at the counter service locations. I strongly suggest you go to mickey's phillhar magic! There is a scene where they (barley) spray you with water but you can feel it! It is a very fun attraction and it's also funny!

That flinch for Kylo... basically me at LFCC a lot (LFCC = London Film & Comic Con) ... some cosplayers totally nail it and I end up real nervy... thank god they usually have a chewie and Leia around sent from Lucasarts (I think it was Lucasarts anyways) so that helps.

Watching older videos-yes, do NOT take littles to see Kylo Ren. We took my son when he was 3 & it was tough to see how uncomfortable he was. The pics are Kylo pointing at him and my son had his head down & like tilted away from him. Stick with the friendly characters!

I have longer hair than Molly and I wear it down in the summer to further protect the back of my neck from burning!!! Unfortunately my hair isn't blonde so my head gets pretty hot so allowing it to flow gets the air to the scalp!!!
