Spider is immune to heal reduction, I just found that out trying to beat stage 18. The problem I have is not when Spider is spirit, spirit is EASY. I can keep a Kantra or Drexthar alive for ever, and with Drexthar I don't need any nukers. I think the video needed to focus on each of the stages. So I'm leaning to an AOE A1 with LS and just switch the gear to a new tank.

Also, if u want to use Achak the Wendarin to place the HP Burns, just bring and champ with aoe decrease atk. It drops the enemies atk low enough to make him place the burn instead of the freeze. 👍

This doesn't actually work on Spider 20. It does however work on any level BEFORE 20. Tried it out when Achak came out because I wanted to see if his skill was predicated on base ATK or debuffed ATK. I was so hopeful! The spider's attack in stage 20 is too high that even a decrease debuff still puts their attack higher than their defense.

As always a joy to watch your videos. Currently trying to help my brother complete spider 18 as he hasn't been lucky with his shards so its nice to get some ideas. Myself is actually running Tyrant with hp burn and Ghostborn along with 2 CH and Septimus making it possible to run 28-39sek runs on spider 20 despite my Septimus is build for clanboss. I am wondering why you are talking about using heal reduction on the spider because isn't the spider immune to heal reduction?

Not everyone is great at this game like you!! Some are new, some have yet to accomplish what you have, so keep the early players in mind, and don't assume we all have an easy time early on! UDK Maxed Rank/Asc 5, L50, with R 4 Ogryn beasts at Asc 2 or 3, L30+ (Cause I don't know any differently, judge me all you want, I have great wins in Arena)... My so called best team did well in L1 and 2 of Spiders. In L3? UKD was FIRST TO FALL... Obviously his team shield giving him all the poison, by 3rd round of fight he lost too much and fell before he could attack! The rest the team fell slowly and by round 5 or 6 of L3 Spider fight, I quit! SO Obviously, I'm not at your level! UDK also has Epic Steal Life and Divine Offense set, combined with his shield and HP buff, he takes in a lot of HP per turn, allowing him to take the hits. Too many spiders and poison, and debuffs, and his team shield is what did him in! I searched for videos hoping to teach me strategies I can use at my level, because I don't know any better! I guess I'm not at your level than? Maybe I should look for other KZbinrs who would help me, those who cater to low level, beginners playing for free, and can't beef up their champs or teams as easy as some can!

You want to plan who gets hit by the spiderlings. Weak affinity with low HP will be first target, so if Scavag is blue, green will be targeted, etc. Easiest is the void spider, then it is just lowest HP. That champ needs healing and/or cleanse. Healing can be lifesteal gear on a champ with AoE on A1, like Zephyr Sniper, or Saurus. The later is farmable in campaign, Zephyr in Market. I personally prefer Zephyr since she has a little heal on her A2. When they hit with AoE, each spiderling contributes to their healing, that is why they are so strong there. Also, resist, and defence on their gear helps, of course. Just keep HP low enough in comparison to the rest of the team. Second uncommon you will want to get from market any time he is there is Armiger. He is a huge help not only in spider, but other dungeons, too, up to, and including endgame. He reduces time meter on his A1, and has a huge boss dmg on A2. 2 fast Armigers can paralyze Momma Spider, so all you have to worry about are the spiderlings. Don't really need 2, though. Another uncommon I liked on those stages is Shieldguard, also from Campaign. With enough crit rate, he can dish out 5 consecutive AoE, because each crit fills his term meter. Plus he drops 1 debuff per turn. Plus your starter, and/or Ninja. The rest Ash talked about is optional on those stages. Sure decr Def never hurts. But it is really more about managing the spiderlings on that stage. Stage 11 Scavag is red, so your blue champs will need considerably higher HP to not get targeted. Or just put your best lifesteal gear on the weak affinity with the lowest HP. And let them spam AoE whenever they can. Good luck. Spider made me want to throw my tablet out of the window way too often! 😆

I run Kantra against the magma dragon with a poisoner. Don’t even hafta run a decrease atk champ bc the dragon just can’t kill her once u get ur debuffs rolling. I mean, I guess it could, but I haven’t seen it happen yet for me I do pair her with another provoke champ just incase hers doesn’t land tho. And I don’t even have her masteries. Like I haven’t even started on them

Good video once again. iv played raid almost 2y now. no legends, handful crappy epics (psy, u-galek and ursala name worthy) So i had to put all my focus on the rares i have but cant get decent stun gear or any gear (damn flat stats) with these champions. arenas, dung, tourneys, events....im not gonna say how those ends. I even try to buy shitty gear from market to make my champions lil better. (my best gear is lifesteal set u get from start) Rolling gem shards on this game is just SHIT!!!Sometimes i rage quit the game. busted my keyb and mouse. But still month or 2 i come back if my luck have changed (usually not xD) But yea. still try to get past stage 13 (4-6 accessories reward) Just need to find the right strategy and champions for it but anyhow thx for the video. im sure it helps me and the rest of the fellow raiders in some point. This is the game i hate and love too much to quit. xD

I use tomb lord. With his poisons, debuffs and remove turn meter. Especially with the mastery increasing his turn meter when a debuff expires or is removed.

Forgot to scroll over the passive of Achak. Full team gets 10% meter for each spider that unfreezes. That's basically full meter for entire team. Craaaaaazy for spider! That also means a free skills cooldown because of the extra turn that your entire team gets. Probably one of the best passives for spider in the entire game.

I just discovered this game through my stepson and I love it. Been playing for 14 days now, (FTP) and I'm stuck on level 1 lol😢😂. I'm on a fixed salary and wasn't too concerned with the spider until I saw today that I have to beat level 4 of the spiders den to get the shards I need to summon one of the blade masters. Ash.... I need your help. Ive been stuck on spiders 19 for months and months. Been playing for over 3 years and I just don't know how to pass it. Ive passed 20 on all other bosses. Any advice would be greatly APPRECIATED. Here are the champs I have built with high reviews on spiders. 4 coldhearts-Martyr-Bad el-MaShalled-Cardiel-Zavia-Abess-Skartorsis-Scyl-Ignatius-Rae-Nethril-Queen Eva-Achak the wend-Ultimate Galek-Miscreated monster-royal gaurd-stag knight-Elhain-Bellower-Valkyrie. All 6 star except 2 of my coldhearts which I am currently building. I just cant get my coldhearts to hit hard. They hit OK, but not enough. What champs should I use on my team? What gear should I focus on? Please Please Please take pity on me and HEEELLLLLPPPPP.

I'm close to the Spider Den lvl 20 mission. Stuck around 15. How about Brogni (block debuffs/shield), Warmaiden (AOE dec. def), Drex, Scyl and I do have 2 Coldhearts (3 actually)? Recommended gear for CH and Drex? I do also have Helicath if he'd be an option. Speaking of Armiger, I have FOUR. Two 50s and two 40s. What gear would you put on them?

A bit old video to comment on but I'm running spider 20 with, lead Pythion (60) for RES, Revive and Block Debuff (Poisons from Spiderlings), Miscreated Monster (60) for both help tank the spiderlings with Ally Protection and the Big Shield he makes with A2 plus the Stun he is great, then Achak the Wendarin (50) for the freezes and also helps tank with Strenghten having him because he also brinks block debuffs I could not use Pythion if my team was all 60 full masteries and good survival gear to not need Revive and have a second Coldheart or Armiger to maintain the Turn Meter low and hit hard, then of course a HP Burner, I have Mordecai (50) he ends up tanking enough to survive for 2 turns of A3 needs better gear and finish masteries dough, and lastly Coldheart (50) brings a good hit although I need to finish masteries, rank her up, etc Its not a 100% team on the slightest but I know it works I just need to improve what I have, although I dont know if making a team with Crohnam or Drexthar would be better, I already can pull Crohnam and Drexthar would be close, but I don't know if my team would be easy to make it work than with Crohnam or Drexthar

Paragon was nerfed, he doesnt draw aggro if he's invincible, spiders only target things they can hurt now

Just got my fisrst STAG KNIGHT in my secondary account (That's the BEAST account.) I can't get rid of my "first" (main) account... just 2 days shy to get Scyl... so. Oh, BTW also got an ANAX in that account,same time pulls... got really great pulls from this 10x... "Main Account" has no [many] shards :/ Only a coule of Ancient Shard. and pulled "dupe" rares :/ Regards from Tabasco, México [Land of The Olmecs]!

MEANWHILE IN OUR/MY UNIVERSE........... I want to believe these are all working strategies but I either don't have all the champs or no equipment and the only champions i got to lvl60 are Vergis Kael Survivor(dat orc champ) Trunda and his darling Scyl(kinda useless in den at least with gear i can scrap up on her) rest is lvl 40 few 50 like Deliana and Aleksandr . Thought Trunda would nuke spiderlings and mother spider the way she was praised but nope can't even clear stage 13 let alone 20.

Spider 15 - bad el kazar, Ma'Shalled, Zavia, coldheart x2, all 6 star except one coldheart at 50. Took 3:18sec Then replaced level 50 coldheart with level 50 mistrider 2:33sec, and then replaced with Scyl level 60. 3:27. Is Mistrider better?

Hey Ash, I saw this one guy kaabboom spider den with a crazy amount of poisons. Each little spider had like 10 debuffs on them. He had level 40s and Elenaril on his team. He was on level 20. it was crazy OP. Has anyone seen that? Great video thanks 🖖

Good video for when I reach lvl 60 champs......but I'm currently new to the game....idk if it's a good idea but for my teams I've been having them eat other champs to level them up so far.....I'm low level but pack a punch for my level. Taverns been helping majorly but....the only raid I'm struggling is the spider. I may have sacrificed some champs that I might have needed....but ....I wanted to get my champions of 5 to level 60. Currently almost all 5 are almost to lvl 30 but.....idk the stupid big won't die 😑

I just gotta say, your second team, I have them , -minus Galek cause…. I ate him. I know, I’ve learned my lesson on that 😅 BUT Kantra was my first legendary to get and I think she is so underrated. She has taken me so far. I use her in arena as well, which a lot people think I’m crazy but I’m able to stay at lvl 4 gold with her. EXCEPT, regarding you because of those light jokes and your direct to the point. The options for middle line players like me. And as I always gotta say, that handsome face of yours is always a plus when I need help with builds. Ok this is getting long lol but 2 quick questions I looked and couldn’t find a FOLI build on your account. I booked him and masteries him but I’d love to see what you do on a FOLI build. Used Ignatius/CH/CH/Aina/Maneater for a long time, was about 45-50 seconds until Coldheart gear got better, then it got closer to 30 seconds. Replaced Maneater with Duchess, then replaced Aina with Belanor, then replaced Belanor with Lydia. Pulled Septimus recently and now run Bad-el Kazaar/Lydia/Septimus/Royal Guard, I tried to level food occasionally but it was about a 10% fail rate so run Ghostborn now as well as Lydia. The attack buff doesn't really make a difference to Septimus or Royal Guard but the decrease defense helps when Lydia occasionally resists. If I had another RG Sept/RG/RG would be guaranteed but I've never pulled a dupe RG. If I can get another 20% CDMG on Sept and RG I will be able to safely run food, which is what I'd like.

Even though I'm done with Spider stage 20, I enjoy watching this. :D My stage 20 team (time: 0.35) > Draco, Miscreated Monster, Septimus, Royal Guard, Coldheart. Now I'm in the phase to build a "one-man" team vs spider stage 20. I saw that Tyrant Ixlimor can do spider stage 20 by himself. That is great for silver farming and leveling food at the same time.

Looking to get past level 13 for the upcoming spider event for the Brogni fusion. I'm working to get my first and newly acquired Coldheart (currently lvl 50) built. Have Bad-el, Skytouched (Frenzy gear), Nethril, Alure, Deacon (yes, he really is awesome :), Apothecary (lvl 50 and yes just got him too) and a mix of others that I hope are built well enough to get through the various affinities. I have Ultimate Galek but haven't had time to build yet either (level 40). Yes, I recently (the previous 2-4-1 leggo and 10x double event) got a load of great champions! Wish I would I have known about the great Armiger the first week of the game but I didn't so he is also at lvl 50 because I've been focusing in other areas of the game. Now that I've finally got Fire Knight and Ice Golem to farm at level 20 I'm working on Dragon (lvl 18) and Spider (lvl 13) up to level 20 also.

My current Spider 20 team is: Drexthar, Scyl, Ma'Shalled, Armiger (level 50), Lord Champfort (level 50). Champfort's AoE dec ACC and dec ATK take the stings off the spiders so Drexthar doesn't die anywhere near as easily. Takes 4-5 minutes, so lots of room for improvement, when the game finally gives me a Coldheart. Oh, and Spider is immune to heal reduction. If only she wasn't!

I still lack the key components to get farther than 13. After 1,5 years no Coldheart, no Gorgorab/mausoleum mage, no AOE Hp burn or Debuff spread, no reliquary tender, no Septimus or other nuker. Working on an Armiger rn but he's not doing enough damage in these levels. Ugh. I want to try poison blow up since I DO have Zavia AND Elenaril and just last event got finally one Taurus, but one Taurus is not enough. So until I get a second one, I'm still stuck. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Working on an HP burn, currently Khatun, UG, Rugnor, Mausoleum Mage and Scyl, but only 18 is autoable, 19 is the stopper as for so many. :) Just maxed Miscreated (well, apart from masteries) but he's also weak on 19 ... so i'm still stuck :)

I'm running kind of counter-attack strat. Martyr, Sinesha, Miscreated Monster, 2x Armiger. Martyr for CA - AOE provoke sucks in this setup so other 2 CA champs would be better; Sinesha - Tank with lifesteal and high resistance + Warmaster - she procs Warmaster on main spider while counter-attacking to spiderlings Miscreated - because Sinesha with current gear can't seem to survive without him on a turn without CA buff - have plans to try Apothecary (targetted heal) or Scyl (dec speed / heals) instead of him. Armigers 2x - less main spider turns (not enough to prevent turns whole fight) and occasional little nuke once spider does take a turn. Run is slow - 6 minutes, by far most damage done by SInesha (might be because of damage to spiderlings during long fight while armiger focus only main spider)

I'm a new player (played for 3 weeks now, but played A LOT). Spider's Den is freaking impossible. I can't get past 7, because it's force affinity. While I can progress in all other aspects of the game, this particular fight is so comp dependant that I basically have to level new champions for it. Doom Tower feels easier, smh.

I don't have any AoE HP burn heroes. This makes spider really annoying. No Coldheart either. I'm stuck at spider 13. My team is Kael (my only nuker and good poison hero), Achak, Stag Knight, Royal Guard, Ma'Shaled. I'm leveling Kaymar but unsure what to remove to make space for him.

Hey Ash, I have 2 Coldhearts, royal guard, mashalled, All fully booked, but I don’t have dracomorph. I do have every other champion on your other built teams and tons more legendaries. I’m having trouble taking the spider down on level 25. I want a nuke team, who can I substitute dracomorph with? Also, can you make a video with the specific builds you use for RG, CH, and Mashalled on the spider?

Ash I really need your help. Plarium took $30 from my girlfriends bank account even tho she didn’t buy anything on her raid account. She never spends money on the game, but I have before, I’ve bought her packs ect as gifts so there’s probably $200 of my money on that account. She got the money refunded because it’s obvious she didn’t buy anything. Today she logged in and was banned for “refund abuse” and they aren’t trying to give her account back. Oh, ULTIMATE spider guide, as in, the LAST one you will ever need. I was hoping for a COMPLETE guide that would help at the lower levels. I just about quit the game when I first ran into the spider and couldn't get close to finishing the first level with what I had. I still only have one Coldheart, and she is only level 50. BTW, she is also good for the spirit tower, yes? So could you go over the basic strategy and tricks for struggling noobs?

Stuck on farming 14, can't do 15. Skartorsis for speed aura/ReliquaryTender/Valkyrie to have at least some chance of survival/ Tayrel/ Coldheart, though I don't understand the whole Coldheart-so-awesome thing. She just feels like she does no damage even in savage/cruel other than one hit every 4 turns. Maybe she just needs full 6* speed gear with perfect speed rolls, speed aura lead, and speed booster, or something. And spider is immune to heal reduction.

The majority of you content creators don't know how to pronounce the champions' names correctly. Your "favorite" champ, Scyle of the Drakes, is pronounced like, "sile". The "c", is silent. It means secret. ...and Achak, is a female. Give her a closer look. I like her icy veil around her shoulders and the back of her neck.

My spiders 20 team ... prequalified I have only 15 Legendary champs and still have not gotten scyl from login. in lead I have Drexthar Bloodtwin . then Venus. Valkyrie . coldhart and Krisk . Run time around 2:08. 100% kill rate. wonder if I should take my other coldhart from 50 to 60 then just try to nuke it... might be faster just like that 100% kill stat

I'm working on 19. My ideal team without affinity concern is Deacon, Scyl, Big 'Un, Apothecary, and Mordecai. Thinking a Hofo with high HP in Bolster could help.

you make it look too easy Ash. I got some good champs and I still have such a hard time with spider. I got Coldheart (now 2 but only 1 is lv 50, still lving the other up) Septimus 60, Scyl 60, Krisk 60 and Kymar 60 and I can only get to stage 14. (though I have to see how much further now. I upgraded Septimus and everyone's equipment for the fusion event going on now.

Lego’s siphi, turvold, warlord, Khoronar, Blind Seer, and more double coldheart, Uugo, and more Oh also maxed out Deacon I know your struggling to get him!
