I too started my first agency when I was 17/18. Having those years between 13-17 where you can seriously just create without constraints is one of the most powerful things. The way you make do with what you have to the maximum of its potential.

Here are two (unsolicited) small pieces of advice I would have given 18 y/o me (5 years ago now) and you already touched on one of them. The first is, the money will always come back. Don't get caught up in making the most amount of money. It's great, and lets you do a lot. But don't focus on what content just makes money, focus on what makes you happy. Secondly, never stop being curious. I was also 18 when I first got flown from Australia to Europe to shoot music festivals, but I did to an extent get a bit of an ego the year following. That Ego probably ruined more relationships than asking stupid questions ever did. A final bonus one, don't let your followers dictate your content. Leaders lead and create new, followers recreate. If you want to define a path in this industry for yourself, be yourself. Much love from down under - Eggzy

This is some of the best advice I've ever received, and I think it's true for all creators. You have to create content that you want to make, and that you're truly passionate about. Without doing that, you're sure to burn out and quit. Thanks so much for the wise words Eggzy
