as a game developer, i would say, u can start with unity bcoz most of the client projects are based on unity software but i am an unreal developer, unreal is tough, clients are also less but its fun but yeah oppurtunities are more for unity so beginnera unity start panradhu nalladhu

also doesnt matter what degree u have, i know friends who are mechanical engineer still in good game dev company, and even i dont have degree in computer science field, i did ECE so yeah anyone can come into this field, just need good portfoilio or exp and knowlege or internship in this field to join game dev company
