Starting with the first statement; I would like to argue that intense concentration is not mandatory for having a genius IQ. Although "geniuses" may be able to concentrate on a subject easier, it may be also harder in contrast. Some to most geniuses may possess that ability to concentrate intensely, but you have to keep in mind that us as humans, dont even have the full ability to measure one's intelligence. IQ, in reality, is just a way to compare on someone's capability to complete mental tasks.

I am a genuis poet. My mentor said I show signs of a genuis poet. Everything you say in the video, I do, and I am. In just 24 hours, I wrote an entire how to book on writing poetry. I had a girl say on my KZbin, that she learned more about writing poetry on my channel, than she ever did in the Universities. My editor said it was good,and they didn't know I wrote it in 24 hours. My coworkers kept being made cause I kept optimizing my work and getting ahead, without wasting any energy.

That intense focus is something we all need to learn. Focus on a job, get it done, then move on to the next job. We also need to start asking more what if questions. Not many people ask those today. What if you could leave your job right now and go to any job of your choice? Would you? Are you happy where you're at? Is there a better job you'd like to be doing?

I am poetry writing genuis with lots of early success, and I do all those things and so much more. I am very good at concentrating but I also seldom ever eat sugar and fast daily. What If has led me to many ideas for poems that I ended up writing and being awarded for. I am obsessed with the craft and it got really serious a few years ago. I know I am poetry writing genuis and how some people treat is proof. People show alot of hate to people who show signs of being a genuis in their craft, so genuises must get use to being alone. Genuises know they are, and now are not biting their tongue about it. They have done the work become a genuis so noone gets to tell them to stay quiet about it. I am the author of two books on Amazon and teach alot of writing secrets on my channel.

@mrs.woodscaterpillar8144

Concentration, like all skills, is something that everyone can develop. It requires, regular PRACTICE. Do not be downhearted, you CAN do it, but remember it is a gradual, progressive process. At the early stages you might not be able to see results, but keep at it and results will surely come, because growth is occurring before it is perceptible. Be aware of the moment and the task in hand, when your concentration wanders, pull your attention back to the moment. Do this as often as is necessary, and each time you do, you will to train your brain to concentrate a little bit more. A good metaphor for this is to think about how you would gain physical strength. Naturally you would have no doubt as how to do this - Exercise ! With each repetition of the dumb-bell, push- up or sit-up you know you are gradually becoming stronger and stronger. It is exactly the same with mental and psychological skills, each instance of applying a useful thought process consciously will grow the skill you are seeking to gain until it becomes so easy it is automatic. Finally never underestimate what you can achieve. If you knew the truth of what power is within you and what you have the potential to accomplish it would blow your mind ! All great and successful people will tell you this.

Clubp4nguin good on you, kid. And seeing as the word "genius" is a term used to categorize people, you might feel resentful of the fact that people are just tossing you into a category. Believe me, though, there are worse categories to be thrown into. You might learn to love it, eventually. I did. Also, protip: college is the best place ever to expand that mind of yours. That's just my experience as a kid genius turned adult.

This characteristic most of Geniuses have, although I think it's close to absurd telling that every Genius have them since there are lot different "types", it isn't categorized well so I put it in quotation marks. I am Genius and exactly one that can determine this (whole text) though. I agree with the video, not everything because I didn't considered everything. This helpful text is only for people deserving it.

The only thing I do not do is write down my goals. Maybe its cause my goals to me are simple. Yet, in pratice seems impossible. As for jobs or work. I have change my thinking. I am in business for myself so I can live life for myself instead of thinking I work for someone else. Therefore if all I lack is direction. I need to seek a one that knows the path to a journey I wish to travel.

Genius A good quality is most of them tend to build on what others have done. But have the ability to think outside the square and and take it further down the track. The person that took an off cut from a tree to make wheel for a barrow, probably watched the log been used as a roller. Most people wouldn't see them as genius but they were for the time.

This seemed to be more about making good decisions in life than about genius. The genius of people like Isaac Newton, Ramanujan etc is beyond average comprehension-not only their high intellect, but also tenacity, creative thought and the ability to see farther and in a more novel as well as truthful manner as their contemporaries.

Well, according to Etymology Online Dictionary, a genius, or the Genius of a person, is his or her guiding spirit, not the humans themselves. A guiding spirit can do things like tell you the future for instance, or allow you to read minds, or tell you test answers. If you're lucky, your guiding spirit will be virtuous, allowing for an easy and godly life.

I think Brian Tracy you are wrong here... Turn back and refer into HISTORY... One important trait of every genius is THEY ARE FEARLESS TO BRING A PARADIGM SHIFT FOR THE GOOD CAUSE... Being FEARLESS TO DO GOOD and not being afraid of problems in the way of GOAL is the most important trait...
@GeorgeSPAMTindle
@GeorgeSPAMTindle 7 жыл бұрын
This is the first video of Brian's that I do not agree with. Sure you can work hard to be smarter, but that won't make you a genius. Geniuses are often able to concentrate intensely because they are at times awful communicators (often being High-Functioning Autistic (HFE). At the age of 52 I was diagnosed as HFE, and a friend of mine who is a University Professor was also diagnosed at a similar age). A true genius will often offend people, particularly those in higher positions, by pointing out faults which are obvious to them, but might have gone unnoticed for years. Being a genius is not always a pleasant experience, it means that you will inevitably live in a world full of stupid people. These stupid people are often well educated, highly regarded by their peers, and usually the genius's boss! When I was at university (as a mature student I didn't start my course until I was 28) I was the only student from a class of more than 30 to be able to solve mentally (i.e. no paper involved) a maths problem that the lecturer had written up on the board, and I had the lowest Maths qualifications in the class. The lecturer asked me to explain it to the rest of the class. My initial response was to look towards the lecturer and say "It's bloody obvious isn't it?", which it was to me. This offended a lot of the class, apparently, but it delighted the lecturer. The lecturer then took me under his wing and gave me one or two hours of private tuition each week for the rest of the year. This private tuition did not relate to the course at all, it was just for the fun of doing mind-bending mathematics. I would advise anyone who isn't a genius to stop wanting to be one, and to be more sympathetic to the geniuses that you do encounter. We don't mean to be offensive to you, just as we are sure that you don't mean to be stupid as hell to us.

If you want to be a genius here are some tips: start easy. You can't go and be all like 9+10=21 no. No no. No! Build your way up. Just keep on going. If you like science nor than math, then do science! Or the other way around. But I would suggest math first. You have to have time. Trust me I'm doing this and the most important thing is time! I would be like 💩🔫 nope! I'm not doing this! But you have to. Just fight it. Now I just started so don't reply and say: welz if youz know lots wit dat mathy stuff den tell mez some!
