Blackage Julian does that stuff because he knows after high school the only time hell b seeing action on the court is in rec leagues and LA fitness type gyms, he's soaking in the spotlight while he has it because a high school athlete is all he will be, and I don't think it's his genetics either it's the excessive training at a young age probably stunted his growth lifting too much weight/applying too much pressure on the ankles and knees at a young age.
