Wow, this guy is extremely optimistic about appreciation. Many state never buy for appreciation only and not cashflow. I appreciate his "buy and hold" approach.

Well I've been watching and I got my first rentle 205 thousand in equity but can't seem to rent it it's in my back yard but it's very rural any suggestions only had it 6 months so I feel like fliping it would be giving up a lot in tax

Can you do a video about how to create a deal with someone else? Like if I find the property, but someone else puts the 20% down payment, and I do all of the other work, how do we break up the equity?

Offer them the downpayment on sell and then the additonal equity at whatever split. Or 50/50 after the downpayment is paided back.
