Dropping gems in this video. First job must have network or system in the job title, second job must be remote. I'm in.

At 51 years old, i can say that a job interview depends on about 25 percent what you know and 75 percent is your personality. He's is correct about that it really comes down to how likeable and personable you are. Don't be stiff and feel the interviewer out and try to get to casual conversation mode when answering questions. Don't just say the answers like a robot then promote a silence right after your answer. Just as he said "did it feel like an interview or feel like a casual conversation? "

I’m a network specialist for the department of defense. I have been here for almost two years. The guys like me but they say I don’t Have much experience. I mainly monitor all the time here and the network is already established. What do you recommend to do to polish my skills? I currently make 84k at this position.

Most employers will not allow you to have a second job along side the primary/first job.

I think in this video you’re really hammering down on something called “higher-order thinking”. Really powerful, a bit intense lol but positive overall

Thank you 😊 George! And good luck on your transition to a network engineer. You have the background so it should not be an issue ;)

Where are you at Jorge? I haven't seen any new videos. Did you pass your new exam? I have been at a Network Support Engineer position for about 1 year and a half. I need to reach the next level.

Is there a way to work an entry level job remotely to start your IT career?
@NetworkEngineerAcademy2 жыл бұрын
Entry level job? OMG don’t get one. U do t need an entry level bullshit job.
@richardsikes6872 жыл бұрын
@@NetworkEngineerAcademy I'm not looking for entry level. I was thinking along the line of network or system admin. Thank you for responding so quickly.

16:35 Remote? Love the way you think.🤔 14:35 So does Anthony Boyd. 22:52 And around 2 months later, there was a massive layoff. Scary stuff man. Looks like you were right🔮! 36:08-36:18 Good thing I don't spend on average no more than 3 hours/week watching TV. The other time is spent learning technical related topics with more than same amount of time daily. Like RIGHT NOW!😉 45:00-47:30 Almost like you all have familiarity or worked 2gether b4 a time ago for the interview to fill socially engaging. Right? 54:50-54:58 _I don't give a F-👁👁 what everyone says...I go by based on results._ That's some real s*it💯 right there.😂😂 1:00:00 _You cannot go to the bank & deposit IT certifications._ 💯

I am new to America, with 1yr of networking experience from india. But job market here is different their demands are different.
@NetworkEngineerAcademy2 жыл бұрын
No. The way you go a about it may be the wrong way. You need to question what you know about how to get a job
@ugotserved9112 жыл бұрын
Personality is important. Don’t come to interview with the Indian British way of interviewing like as if ur applying for some ias position with weird questions and they expect ms.universe level answers 😅. Small talk is almost non existent in certain Asian communities and it’s soooooo imp in America. Without it, ur interview will be dull.

Then how would you answer the question, what is an IP address in an interview? Because the way you answered it according to you is the wrong way for us to answer it.
