Most of these are possible. You can turn people gray, you can get louder footsteps, you can wallhop, and you can do an off brand runner jump by timing a double jump and then using runner.

It actually depends, but sometimes (based on my experience) the cooldown doesn't happen allowing u to blaze with runner even after jumping. However it might just be luck.
