If you have disk brakes that squeak, you can wipe all of the gunk of with an alcohol prepped pad, and then evenly spread the brake pad residue, (hold both brakes down lightly, as your tires are moving. that's how i got mine to stop :) hope that helps!.

You'll be way better off getting a high paying career then buying whatever bikes you want and doing the events you want. Most semi pros and pros get taken out by injury at some point then you better have a backup plan or you're in real shit. Also you're not beholden to any sponsors telling you what to do. If I was 13 again I'd be focused on developing a skill that pays well and making money to use as investment for other stuff to make more money. Mtb is amazing but it doesn't pay well unless you've won the genetic lottery and even then you become worthless if you can't ride for a bit. Priorities kid!

We actually had 2 custom sponsored pashley trials bikes back then. He lives over there now and Ive been wanting to visit him for years so finally got over there. It kinda helped knowing those tips, I’d give all to become a road cyclist pro, if i could choose, for movistar team (MTBing is and will always be my preferred sport to practice without any professional plans) but you know... I’m kinda stuck a bit on how to proceed. I’m 18 and time’s passing, the time is now, as soon as it happens the better. Especially because 28 is your limit age for road cycling unless you’re pretty good. I think it’s easier for having double nationality, from the team’s country and from Brazil, a country where the sport could really grow big given the incentive of having the first brazilian UCI road cyclist, but that’s about it, I don’t see how I’ll get there when i’m not even in the right country to be noticed by whoever it is. Well, I’ll just have to keep trying, we’ll see how that story ends. I might just have to move away from this country to see something happening
