I paused the video as instructed.... A good deal is whatever the buyer is willing to buy! Different investors have different criteria. Example; I am not a person who is that interested in cars.... a good car to me is one that will get me from A to B, not cos too much in fuel and has long MOT! Whereas I appreciate that I am probably in the minority when it comes to buying cars and others will have exact requirements. Same with property. Some are wanting high cash flowing assets to fund their lifestyle, while others are looking to dump money into a BTL that requires little to no day to day management and just benefit from the long term capital appreciation
