true. I started 4 years ago with low quality videos. then i quit in 2021 because my vr broke. i came back in december and got 500+ subs in 2 months. If you make good content and just play what you enjoy, you will make it eventually. it is hard sometinmes, yes and im definetily not a big Rectuber but if you push through you can achieve great things! Edit: Indeed be patient.No matter how good you are, there will be times where you get nothing. Almost no views or subs. But keep pushing through. Seeing people like Slat or Mavinvr are making me continue. I knew mav since 2k subs and when i quit rec room completely and came back, he now has 93k and Slat 200k. Just do what you enjoy. You wont get far with content you hate.

This is an amazing video! Been doing youtube for over 7 years, and just about 2 years ago i hit 1k on my other channel. As someone with a bit of experience having some popularity on KZbin, these tips are extremely useful, and though your subscriber count should already prove it, i can confirm these tips100% work. This is wonderful! I'm definitely still debating whether KZbin is worth the effort, but I'm trying. An issue I've been having is that I can't stop saying things like "Oh, I need more RAM because my PC won't record without lag" or "I don't have good editing software so I can't do it" but I need to stop and start believing in myself without worrying about that. I do think KZbin is an amazing career/hobby and I still want to do it if possible. You're still my fave RecTuber and I love seeing your videos! Thanks for being awesome Tara. Why did I type so much? Thanks for making this and mentioning the social anxiety. I’m also an adult and my SA is AWFUL. Any time I’m approached by anyone in Recroom I feel the shyness hitting hard and I don’t know what to say or where to virtually put my hands. It’s like real life times 1000 because I only have half of the body to worry about but I focus on that so much more. I hate it! In front of an audience? Love it. Streaming? Also love it. On video? Can nail it! Talking to someone one on one? Smack me. Ugh But I’m hoping this game will help me learn how to be more confident and talk to people. 🎉cheers!

I listened to what you said and thought maybe I can become a rec room KZbinr … but I only got one question,I wanted to record a video but I needed script for that so I wrote down but I don’t know how to read what I wrote down on vr without looking strange while I look on the ground trying to read my script

I used to do it. It takes time. Just go a line at a time. Or try to place the phone/paper at an angle where you can peek under your headset without looking like it's too obvious. I have PCVR so now I can have that right in my headset. with steam windows or OVR toolkit. good luck!
