Pritam, great effort. Few observations though. just stay relaxed and focused while interviewing. As you ask pls lend your ears as well when the person is responding. You seem to be anxious about the question you are going to ask. Look smoothly at your cameraman..if required introduce him by name and guide him to focus the lens to some other area being discussed. Also plan your movements beforehand..I saw you tried to move here and there when the speaker was speaking. Just honest observations from a person of your age. Hope you don't mind.

Great interview. It is not too hard to see the reason behind the success of AND Retail, because the honestly and straightforwardness of the man behind it. Only turnover is like an elephant on selling Amazon and profit is like an ANT....one should not do business for increasing Turn Over only ...there should a healthy profit. Else one day your business will not be able to breath .......For Sure.

Even if the net profit of this person is 2% then also 1 cr is the income. If you do not have right knowledge and proven strategy, you defenitely would lose.

Bhai, which product has 20% of margin selling on amazon ? Because when u calculate Amazon Fees + Shipping...It is in profit (Not Real) these all the hidden charges no one calculate = Return CoD + Return Prepaid rejected by customer+ Fraud cases in Returns + Returns not received by Merchant + Safe T claims rejected by Amazon + Reimbursement rejected of New n costly products. So ultimately Amazon in Profit ...Not merchant. Need clearity than get the micro reconciliation done. Due to high sales volume one doesn't put attention on reconciliation.....and that's the beginning of dig which u can't fill. So keep giving profits to Amazon/Bank/NBFC/Courier Company. At the end U r Not earning my dear friend.....

Profir margin in ecommerce is very slim. So if turnover is about 50 crore it doesn't mean 50 cr is the profit. Profit will be about 8-20%

tthanks pritam nagrale for introducing nimit lodha, good learning point , dont sell at free for review, think long term; sponsor ads, add dead stock, returns, advertisement in margin, courier fee, transaction fee; brand(5k to register) need long term; FBA is good for flexible delivery, warehouse charges nominal; dispatch on time with 6hours to 10 hours; you can cancel, give other product , you can run for buying product when you get order.

Yeh flipkart and Amazon vale small seller se jyada charge karte hai, branded product vale company se kum charges lete hai to bolo small seller kaise age badenge. Sirf yehi log nahi swiggy aur zomato wale bhi small restaurant walo se 30% charge karte hai aur nami restaurant se 10% .

We dispatched our goods to Amazon warehouse but they lost few units and didn't even reimburse completely. Seller support is not so helpful. FBA is too risky this way

Do teen products se shuru kya tha. Saal 2014 me shuru kya tha. Kisi se koi funding ka loan nahi li, bahot hi kam paise se shuru kya tha. Jo kamaya isime daal diya. Ghar bhi issi paise se chalta hai. Aaj 7 saal me 50 crore ka turnover hai. Thora sach thora jhoot.

Sir, the most important question you forgot to ask Mr. Lodha is where does he source his products from? Does he buy from China or has some local suppliers? Whats the point in making a basic rinse and repeat information video because such content is freely available all over the net ✌

Bro you have to be careful while creating amazon seller account. You should not have a buyer account from same email and phone number. Also if you try to create two seller accounts from same mobile number they will suspend your both seller accounts due to ip track

To sale on Amazon , you have to be a distributor. Anybody after watching this video if start selling will end up crushing their forehead😂 Amazon commission rate Jan lo pehle fir sell karna. Flipkart is even more dangerous for wholesalers and retailers.

is it mandatory to register trade mark for your own new brands products and do logo needs to be registered? And for the firm name (a proprietor firm), is only GST registration and GST number sufficient or any other registration needed?
