I've been with the BPO industry for the past 6 years. I have heard about this ALT or JET program too. However, I didn't took any bachelor's degree for English language so I am not sure if I may be qualified for this type of job in there.

Hi Ver! It's nice seeing you sharing this useful informations!! You did it well!!! I'm Indonesian myself and have been speaking English for a long time (I was taught English and Indonesian languages from the early age because of my mom-she is an English teacher). Do you have fellow teacher/s from Indonesia? How about Indonesian passport holder? Do we have the equal chance to get by? In addition to this, I am currently taking intensive Japanese course to tackle the language barriers in the country. Does it count equal to the native English speaker? Jennie here! I’m not sure if there is a Japan Exchange Teaching Programme Indonesia. You can check in the japan embassy website in Indonesia. So far we only have from Singapore sir. I think you still do have a chance to be considered a like a native speaker

your videos even on tiktok are very helpful that's why I'm eager to join the JET Program as well. Currently inaayos ko requirements while still on work. I will resign once makapasok sa Jet program. however my employer (a bpo company) doesn't release a letter of recommendation they just give Certificate of Employment. I'm currently stressed about this because the letter of recommendation is one of the important requirements. Do you know what can I do po about this? thank you for your help. :((

That’s weird. Your boss should be able to write you up one if you ask them. Try with any college professors mo or other ex bosses na you are good with. Important po talaga yan
