I graduated marine engineering but turn out not loving it. So i decided to stop from being a seafarer then also went to being a call center agent. Currently 7mos right as an account specialist on billing(inbound). I was also influenced by my cousin to do freelancing as it’s really time convenient and could also earn good money. So right now I’m still really not into it but would probably Want to. I also wanted to stop soonest being an agent. I hope I could get great opportunities in the freelancing industry and this VA is I think a good start.

Hi! I want to try to be in a world of freelancers, but I am at this point of still getting to know the careers that will be fit for me. Previously, I was a customer service representative in a BPO company, and now wants to have a homebased job. Honestly, I am just an average in everything, maybe it be speaking or writing in english, or computer knowledge. You've mentioned about having knowledge in microsoft office is one of the basic things a virtual assistant wannabe should have. In line with your question in the video, I believe this is the skill that I want to learn and be an expert of. Any link that can help me at least review MS OFFICE?
