I am finishing up my associates degree focused on teacher preparation in NC, but I am wanting to pursue a Waldorf teaching program. I am super interested in waldorf education but have no prior education experience and am currently on a different career path (farming) I've done my own online research and love watching your videos but I find that it can be hard to find good basic resources. I was very excited to start teaching at Waldorf, but you're required to study Rudolf Steiner's race theories. He claimed that people with darker skin would have to reincarnate a few times before becoming white. I know the kids and their parents will never hear about Steiner, but they consider this race theory to be the base of Antroposophy and it's mandatory training material for every new teacher.
