OG anunoby on defense, especially how he holds up against stronger players. Same with Al Horford's post defense, he's a smaller 5 but can lockdown guys like embiid. And then if u just want pure 3 and D, watch some 2015-2017 Klay Thompson film. Underrated defender.

not rly, look at guys like Patrick Beverly. He’s one of the best 3 & D players in the world and he’s only like 6’0/5’11. It makes it harder to play defence, if you’re smaller but not impossible. Chris Paul is more than a 3 & D player but when he was younger, he was also elite on defence and yet again he’s only 6’0/5’11
