Thanks for posting! I'm a bit confused though...both you and the OSHA website say 5 years experience is a pre-req, but I just witnessed someone with absolutely no experience get their certification.

Morel Williams Yup, it's something that people check the box on without realizing that they're attesting to 5 years experience under penalty of perjury. And, without experience, it is hard to answer questions and present the material well. I can always tell when a trainer lacks experience. Thanks for watching! 😀

In lieu of some experience you can sub with Degree, Certs, etc.

Trevor Seines They actually had the 500 and 501 trainer courses online for a short time too, but that went away in 2008 I think.
