In New Jersey apparently you can't make a left turn. You have to turn right and make a u-turn to go left

How come you don’t just apply for truck driving jobs? You’d make the same amount and only have to do one job instead of two?

Nothing wrong with efforts to earn extra income but... with that you may be bumped into a higher tax bracket. That plus wear and tear on your vehicle... been in the back of a cab lately?

Not sure how it works in Canada. But you might as well apply for LYFT. It took me almost 5 weeks to get approved with Uber. But only 10 days with LYFT. And I'm sad to say, I make more money as a rideshare driver now, than I did as an owner-operator. Times are rough! Hang in there!

i check requirements to join LYFT. they are the same as for Uber, in particular the same background check from Calgary police is required. I'll apply once I have Uber set up... no big deal ;)

In other lesser strict and more corrupt countries such as Venezuela you just find three drunk man in the streets and buy them a pack of beer each for them to follow you to the commissary and be witness that you are a good behaved citizen. The way Captain Sergei is explaining the background check procedure it looks like more as data mining than a legit background check.

Sergei, I think you must quit worrying about miles on the Jeep. It should not be a capital invest but a revenue generator. And the way I see it miles equal revenue. It is more important to keep good maint records on it and do the proper maint .
