there was no interview. First they asked me to pay CAD$25; then a pretty lady took my fingerprints and sent them to Ottawa. END BACKGROUND CHECK ;)

In the US it is also registration. Title is proof of ownership other than a finance company holding the title until it is paid off

Did you ever think that they make you jump thru all those hoops because they really don't want you to drive for them, it seems that you work for a good company what if they had to deliver to schools and the schools wanted background checks I dought that they would charge you for a background check
