At around 10:00, Grant says to go all in on crypto and not diversify, ideally. For the average user, that would be devastating, because this interview was published when the crypto market was at its highest, now lots of crypto assets went down over 70%, some exchanges even went down and people lost money. Perhaps, he should stick to real estate only. Any thoughts on that?
