The mere thought of risk doesn’t arise when one knows in their bones they have no choice to take a particular action. I’ve had this experience when leaving a job to start a business. The pain of staying where I was employed was so much greater than any potential failure of starting my own that there was no conscious decision. I can only say this in retrospect.

Language is limited and he is just stating how things are, not that you should be an industry transformer even if you tried to be one you wouldnt be, because trying to DO IT will not make it happen.
