In this video I will let you know how a deck rating can appear in COC certificate of competency exam like NCV near costal voyage exam and 2nd FG mate exam. This video is a career path for Rating who choose merchant navy as career after 10th and 12th and done pre sea training for g p rating from one of d g shipping approved marine training institute or marine college. It quite difficult for a rating to be an officer in merchant navy and there are lots of questions in mine about the COC certificate of competency examination assessment. It very hard to find rules and regulations for a deck rating to become navigating officer in d g shipping website and mmd mercantile marine department website. So, in this video I will share some info about how to become officer from rating background, what are the assessment requirements for Merchant navy COC certificate of competency exam for g p rating in merchant navy. What is the basic qualification required like 10th and 12th for NCV near coastal voyage and 2nd mate FG foreign going if someone from g p rating background. This all information are collected by me from d g shipping website and mmd mercantile marine department website and these coc certificate of competency rules are subject to change in future with D G shipping and mmd mercantile marine department rules and circulars. 10th standard also have to do foundation course when he wants to give 2nd mate FG. the eligibility of foundation course is 10+2 pcm. hence 10th pass G.P>. Ratings and 10+2 Non pcm stream cannot sit in 2nd mate FG unless they have ncv foundation course certificate. 10th standard g.p. rating to deck officer stops are NCV COC itself unles they have 10+2 pcm certificate with them

Open cdc walo ke bareme 2 videos me bataya. Open cdc holders ko sach baat hazm nahi hota. Mujhe wrong prove nahin kar pate hain but faltu ka comments dalte rehte hain. Ek to online documents ke bareme video banate hain to agent log msg karke Gaali deta hai. Upar se open cdc wale. Open cdc holders are smart enough to create their future path.

Before you, someone else too having the same issue and he confirmed from MMD that they wont allow less than 60% candidates to appear on 2nd mate exam. I would request you to double check with MMD and ask your college. Take some step against them if you feel they have spoiled your career. I have a plan to make a video on this topic.
