1. Get a nation with at least 4 cities. 2. Build 4 electronic factories on your biggest cities. 3. Set taxation to maximum. 4. Max out research. 5. Get a CHIEF JUDGE political leader, CRUCIAL. 6. Max out military spending. 7. Get Grand Battle Plan land military doctrine, switch to maneuver warfare later. 8. Buy 8 copper & 8 gold right before electronic factories finished building. 9. Sell 5 electronics to as many countries as possible, if not possible sell 3 or 2 to others and 0.5 to micronations. 10. Once everything is sold, set taxation to minimum. 11. Max out all economic budgeting except once. 12. Get Underground Labs policy. 13. If you have more cities, build more factories until you can get Computer Advancement Act (policy) (94.3 electronics every 5 days.) If you have even more cities sell as much as possible. 14. Develop and build infrastructure on your cities. 15. If you have a small population, buy consumer goods. 16. Wait until you can get Quantum Computing or 250 political power to turn nationalist or get head of research/political reformer leader. 17. Meanwhile, JUSTIFY on countries you want to invade & micronations & sell more electronics 18. Once you have nationalism, declare on the micronations and immediately white peace just for stability. 19. Get Political Improvements, Inspire Confidence, Encourage Meritocracy, and Flexible Governance in the political research tree. 20. Get Favor Political Elite research box in the political research tree. 21. Get Reduced Corruption research box in the economic research tree. 22. Build recruitment centers, infantry, and assign military leader to train them. 23. Pick political leaders like General Of The Army aligned with your ideology. 24. Save up political power for Fascism, the policies at 8:22, and 7 political leaders, particularly ones that give you military modifiers. 25. Build factories for tanks and consumer goods, research tank and infantry technology, go to war, reduce economic policies except military and set taxation to maximum again and get Isotope Research Act if you want.

With bigger countries or countries closer to a enemy nation I usually get improve infrastructure and ignore safety regulations to get 1 civilian factory at the start and get factory output 2. I also do static lines as my doctrine🗿🥶👍

i like to do this as lithuania, they do NOT expect the cybernetic infantry in 2023, i would recommend static lines instead of maneuver for this strat because of how quickly you'll get infantry research to kill the server with

Static lines is better btw. Lets your infantry grt basically a base 900 defense and 600% attack. And a bit later you can get a good 1500 or more defense

I don't see why you would want to go for a defensive doctrine when you are going to spend the next few years invading like crazy, not to mention tanks are both faster and gives less war exhaustion for this. If you fight someone like the USA with a much larger population, you've just lost if you have static lines. Static lines is only better later on. I don't see why you would intentionally give up every advantage in the setup to using maneuovre warfare like reduced military upkeep, but you do you.

@Amandos it isn't inherently defensive tbh. Defense just affects troop health. It's as viable ad having troops attack. So it's just better.

1.5k defense is impossible without military operations even if you are lucky, 1150% is maximum

ive been doing rapa nui runs (as a BEGGINER) and here's my experience the problem on rapa nui is that you have ZERO resources (the first natural resources i get is 2026 earliest) and attrition is very common since the country is so far from any land at all (yes its near chile but god knows im not fighting that until i get atleast all of oceania). My plan for early game is develop my only city to tier VIII and get research to the 3rd level (i also get max research spending at this time and research leader) then get tax income 3rd level since deficit's gonna happen soon. i also get military of atleast 150k at this time and train them to max immediately so im ready for battle. after i do tax income 3, i get exoskeleton (military attack 4) and naval speed 2. I then justify on french polynesia (dont do antarctica, chile, or ecuador first, big mistake), and if im ready, send troops first before declaring for headstart and pray i get past polynesia (one of my runs died there). If i make it past that, i justify on all oceania countries (except papua, australia, and zealand) and develop the city i got to VIII immediately (i do this for every city i capture in oceania). After i get oceania, i go on fiji, vanuatu and zealand and at the same time preparing 200k troops in the capital to prepare for chile (the earlier i get chile, argentina and falkland i think, the better so that i might have a chance accessing africa, if i dont then womp womp and move on to brazil, bolivia and peru.) my strat usually varies on that, maybe i take on brazil if its ai or take indonesia/australia if russia/china/indonesia themselves didnt expect. i usually dont need to worry invasion since no one can even find my capital in the first place (its in the middle of the ocean lmao) and aircrafts usually get me safe my first major rapa nui attempt got me the entirety of oceania before dying to antarctica (again, big mistake) my second one got all the way to brazil but its like 10pm in the evening and i have to sleep so too bad too sad my third one's very interesting since russia's actually trying to take me out (he cant find my capital for like 5 years lmao). he ha nukes but bro just keeps nuking my silo's thinking its my main source of income (its not, at that point idek my source of income. russia left, i traded uranium on everyone so that no one can nuke me (everyone's ai at that point) and every latecomer usa or russia gets bombed to oblivion. run ended due to 10 war exhaustion lol

I just develop my cities to max level and defend myself with an Infantry+ Arty and AA combination After destroying the enemy's army I start the invasion and counterattack. After the enemy gets an army again I just repeat the process. It works a lot trust me bro most of the time the country that invaded me dies of war exhaustion and stability

Instructions unclear, Iceland is now Fireland. Seriously though, I don't know what happened, I did everything step by step and my corruption was just insane, and I immediately went into debt with max taxes. On top of that, the AI rejected every single trade I proposed, even ones for as low as 1 electronic. Edit: I might've just had bad luck with countries being invaded early game, next attempt went smoothly, though I never actually made an army this way.
