Govt wants everyone to work under govt hospitals and to shut down the private practices that's their sole purpose.... sometimes i feel what's the point of doing clinical branch with peanuts of salary and no private practice

In private medical College the HOD cum Professor get more than 2 lakh/month... But the other faculty get less compare to govt hospital. Assiatant Prof approx 60-70K.

No not eligible for State service quota.. but can eligible for INI CET Sponsored quota. But can get study leave after 5 yrs of service
