I always found it strange a sorcerer without a CT never actively tried to learn and weaponize barrier techniques. Why not throw up a mini curtain that masks your presence to get a cheeky blow in? A simple domain sword technique combined with a barrier technique to get a pseudo domain. From what I remember them saying barrier techniques are difficult but it’s not impossible for someone to learn without enough dedication

Just started and you'll probably say it in the video, but use more than just a Katana lol. Become a walking armory, have a weapon/tool on you useful for any situation. Armor is also an option I haven't seen talked about at all, either by fans or characters in the series. CE can be funneled into literally any object, so putting your energy into perhaps very tough clothing, or clothes with light plating or chainmail on the inside would be very useful and would make it dramatically stronger. Another thing would be always using and switching up binding vows and conditions for various techniques like SD, FBE, also creating barriers. You don't need any technique at all to do so, and they can be useful for trapping others or hiding.

I literally built a character without a CT a few months ago but if i had to talk about all his abilities it would be too much. But i gave him Simple domain , FBE and ,hollow whiker basket also a mid range weapon like the kusarigama, RCT of course, also a binding vow to sacrifice his view in one of his eyes so that he can see CE like gojo and maybe the soul with that eye as it cant see shit and finally shikigami conjuration wich you talked about , as the shikigami might have an ability he would put a binding vow that they can only use it once or something so that it actually does some damage, and maybe a tuned offensive simple domain that is way smaller than the original like the size of blue or smth to increase its output and make it target cells with CE attacks similar to FBE and it can also go through infinity cause its a barrier and thats about it.

I wonder if it’s possible to use barrier techniques and binding vows at the internal level; there are some hints at characters like Kenjaku being able to do this. Think of a more robust domain amplification with a mix of other barrier techniques and its own rules, benefits, and configurations similar to other barriers. I can imagine a system of barriers like these that allow the user to have different benefits for each barrier with their own unique binding vows, kind of like the Culling Games on a smaller level; you can also have shikigami manage these barriers so it’s not too taxing on the brain. For example, you can create an internal barrier that virtually functions like Gojo’s infinity with a strict set of binding vows and another internal barrier that increases CE output immensely, also under a strict set of binding vows (like Kurapika’s Emperor Time). This allows you to segment your abilities by giving each ability its own dedicated space. To transfer and move between these barriers, the individual must meet certain conditions, such as landing a black flash or something. A system like this could essentially allow someone to re-create the eight gates from Naruto. This would be an incredibly high-skill application of barrier techniques. The user would need to have the cursed energy pool of Sukuna, with Sukuna and Gojo level RCT and optimization, with the barrier know-how of Kenjaku and Tengen in order to pull this off. In other words, Him. This would make someone without a CT really strong.

I'm currently working on a character that doesn't have a innate or inherited custed Techniques, my whole thought with this character is pushing the boundary of what you can do with Non-Innate Curse Techniques. The main concept of this character is using binding vows with just curse energy or existing Non-Innate techniques such as barriers or shikigimi to make new non innate techniques. For example the first technique I created is based on the uzumaki's sealing chains from Naruto, with a binding vow to form the chains and channel domain amplification through it, with the restriction that this technique cannot be used while the user is moving. If you can please give me feedback on what you think about this concept.

Get better at learning difficult techniques. There are a lot of advances nowadays in learning how to learn and skill acquisition - Barbara Oakley, Jim Kwik, Johnathan Levi, Scott H. Young, Tim Ferriss, etc. Here's an example: Gojo uses his six eyes to tell in detail the exact channelling of cursed energy. The students would get better with a clearer, more precise image for reference.

Without a technique its pretty much wasted effort tho, the reason DEs take such insane amounts of CE isn't really just because of the sure hit techniques but the construction of the barrier itself ( you're essentially CREATING your own reality and giving it solid form ), and in the case of incomplete domains you're wasting most of your cursed energy for quite literally nothing as the innate domain itself doesn't really serve any purpose nor does having it give you any innate advantage without a technique attached to it. You're probably better off constructing a simple domain and applying your own set of rules and conditions to it like Getos Kuchisake-Onna and the Sumo guys domain

On the matter of Cursed Energy Traits, I imagine that Cursed Energy Traits are innate to a person in a similar way to a Cursed Technique. They're likely a reflection of the user's nature in some fashion and probably can't be trained for people who don't have them. If you look at Todo's aura for instance, it has a specific vibe that makes his aura look like hearts and that's unique to him. As far as Binding Vows go, they're generally underutilized within the setting as a whole regarding characters increasing their power and potential. Nanami's CT could be replicated with simple Binding Vows for example Also Divergent Fist can't be sensed unless the person is sensing the flow of Yuji's Cursed Energy before the point of contact.

Alsp divergent fist isn't even a Cursed energy trait, Todo identified it right away as being a " bad habit " of cursed energy control ( basically Yujis cursed energy control at the beginning of the series was so awful that he's always late to fully reinforce his fists before punching ) it really only worked against Mahito because Yuji inherently perceives and can attack the soul + Mahito didn't expect a second impact so he focused his energy om blocking the initial attack and going in for the kill not expecting the second hit that had most of Yujis lagging energy behind it

We see from cursed spirits like the finger bearer its possible to expand an innate domain without a proper technique or barrier. Expanding a domain without a technique is considered a failed domain expansion, but what if there was more to it? Simple domain makes a barrier with domain like effects but no CT or solid barrier. In the Yuki vs Kenjaku fight it is stated that although its called "simple", simple domain can do far more than that. What I speculate is the possibility people without a CT can create proper domain expansions. Tengen says domains used to be more common but because so many sorcerers focused on sure-hit sure kill domains they forgot they could make simpler ones that are easier to form. In the same fashion, I think no one has tried to create a domain with no CT because they lack the imagination. A domain is a person's soul, and those with a CT have their domain infused with it. If they tried a domain expansion without a CT it would fail because to fully expand it they need every part of their soul. So sorcerers without CTs don't attempt to make a domain because those who already have failed to do so, not knowing the difference between domains of a person with a CT and no CT. A person without a CT could expand their domain without a CT and create a proper domain expansion. Its even likely the sumo guy is an example of this. His simple domain is different from the others. When Maki exits we see the black shards of proper domains in the background, but we know it had no CT.

2 things... When Todo mention the difference between those who have and haven't hit a black flash... Isn't Kusakabe standing next to Nanami? And the second thing I've had this theory that JJK has their version of like "hidden arts" like Bleach has. I actually think Sukuna's fire arrow is a hidden art and that's why he thought jogo would know what it was but only humans can use hidden arts or something so he realizes that's why a cursed spirit wouldn't get it. I think it would be dope if Kusakabe said Fuga and then used like a lightning bolt or something lol I just feel like the black box is how you initiate hidden arts and Fuga was the name of the hidden art. Revealing your hand works the same way with all techniques which is why Sukuna told Jogo he wouldn't cheat by explaining it.

Black flash isn’t about how strong you are, it’s about luck. Nanami landed a black flash first before gojo and sukuna but doesn’t mean he’s stronger than them. Gojo even mentions in the recent chapter that only reason nanami has a higher chance of hitting black flash than him is cuz gojo’s fights never last that long. Kusakabe probably just never been in a fight where he was super locked in and in the zone and landed a black flash.
