Brother I can answer yur question. Gold and market work in opposite direction, as markets are rising the gold is decreasing. But trust me there is a huge bubble in the market and economy is outperforming so markets will come down and gold will rise for long term.

You made mistakes, first study...understand... find out risk and loss, understand games rule and regulations, how you can lose money in market.... Time entry and time of exit.... If want catch tiger or elephant... fist observation.. Planning... Idea... When to attack catch such dangerous animals and train... Study study study.. So many working lost 20 to 40 they not winning, consistently investing in good company in right time only make money otherwise luck...
