This video should be the most viewed 2k video. Your defense is a little aggressive for my liking, but still. I'll definitely be using some of these tactics at times. I think it's so frustrating that people are anti-off ball in 2k. Like you said, R1 is your best friend. You need your guys on a string. The CPU is not going to get stops for you. They're going to play competent on ball defense and not lose their man, but they will not play passing lanes like this more often than not. It's on you to defend as a team not just on ball. Great to see it explained.

You also have to think tydebo is using also defensive base players. And that’s the key if you don’t have guys that play good defense or defensive badges your shit out of luck. You see his line up a.d, drob, rob cob, d wade, j worthy all defensive mind players.

Perfect defense bro. I’m not the best player definitely not as good at baiting passes like ty. I feel like I play the best defense I can play but sometimes 2k just bails ppl out with animations that are just out of my control to stop. One thing I know I’m not good at is switching players to bait passes. Like is there a way to icon switch players on defense to bait passes? I notice when I try to switch players to stop passes it never switches to the player I want.

This exact style of defense to me is game breaking in a mode like my team, pretty much ruins the experience, but it’s expected with ridiculous player cards. It’s in the game, players got to deal with it
