First things first - you should never ever publicly disclose your seed phrase as it provides access to your account to anyone who has it. Second, you can easily transfer your USDT from your OKX wallet to Binance wallet by choosing the "withdraw" option in OKX and pasting your Binance USDT wallet address in the field provided.
