This is SOOOOOO TRUE!! I created so many big problems simply by complaining. Like little things turned into huge monsters because I consistently complained about it all the time. For example I used to complain about my parents asking me for money. The more I did it, the more and more they asked for it. Constantly! Similarly, whenever I complained about my old roommates I used to live with, their behavior would become even more amplified of what I was complaining about. It was like a direct reflection.

Growing up, My mom would tell us not to fake illness or any bad situation. Sometimes we would pretend while we were playing and she would get very upset and say that whatever we say we are calling it to exist. She even had a word for this in Spanish. My brothers and I wouldn't believe after a while but now that I listen to these amazing people, and my own experiences, I've confirmed that she was totally correct. Now she is constantly reminding us to always be positive about everything and we always will have a great outcome. Thank you for this gift.

"Align your being with your state fulfilled." I have copied it into my calendar. This video is like a summary of techniques it took me a lifetime to develop. I am ready to make another quantum leap. I can only say that this works. The past exerts a powerful pull. One must develop strategies. I call them "tricks". I admit them, look at them and say okay, then I close the door on them and do something no matter how small to imprint my positive self. Does this sound simplistic or convoluted? Well, I had no mentor. Until I started reading more esoteric philosophies which I had to distill on my own by trial and error. This is an excellent video. It is my firm wish that anyone who needs to change take what this video is describing very seriously. My one additional piece of advice would be to develop a sense of humor. It makes transition more pleasant. I am 70 yo.

My word is money. I am about to get my morning coffee at 5:30 am when I decide to check Toms page and to my surprise I realize my name shows up with a fat check on the right saying I won this.because God let you known I want enough life insurance to cover my children when my time is up and a little more to cover me now until that happens. Tom what you’re saying about complaining is sooo True!!!! - Even Avoid complaining about the weather - that’s mainly one for the Brits!!!! - When you do you feel the “cold” more etc. I worked with some “interesting characters” in my career and it can be hard initially. Great clarity here and on another video where you make clear the difference between doing and "Inspired Action". Sometimes people mix Living In The End" and imagining the scene with day-dreaming and magical thinking . To my knowledge, daydreaming and magical thinking is thinking of it and not from it but there is confusion there for some. Love to get your clarity on these aspects. Hi Jacques! The key is not to focus on the “things” but rather on an imaginal scene that implies the fulfillment of already having those things. In other words, the power is in what the scene implies-the implication that it’s all, already fulfilled and you are living that life. It could be you having dinner with a best friend imagining them telling you how amazing your life is with you having all you want (money, car, house) with you responding, “I know-it’s it Wonderful!” The potency is in the implication of the fulfillment. When we visualize “things” that many times created the feeling of lack and outs are attention on the absence of it!! There is also a lot of content here that unpacks these ideas even more!! Thank you!!!
