I had to watch the plumb line assessment tutorial before I appreciated this movement pattern. Now this move will be a staple in my programming. Thanks you again Peter!

Excellent instructions! For the first time I understood how to move with the load & how to bend etc. BTW, do you have a similar instructional video on the windmill (which you also reference in the video)? I don't think I've yet grasped it fully, and am afraid to move up in weight for that reason... I searched your channel but couldn't find any such video... If not yet available, could you make one? It'd be very helpful for new KB enthusiasts like myself. Thanks!

I will post one on the windmill soon. We do have an older one on this channel of the Turkish getup which involves a windmill from the kneeling position and that might help. I will be dropping lessons and workouts regularly on this channel.

@@Kettlebellmovement Yes, I saw that one. It's useful. But my major issue is with the windmill-bent press group of exercises. I esp. cannot seem to understand about the degree & angle of hip hinge as well as shoulder placement & torso rotation. I went through several such instructional videos, but could connect well with yours. Your cues here were extremely helpful! Esp. the ones about keeping the palm facing forward, the triceps-lat connection & how to move the bell a bit BEFORE one starts bending, as well as the arm position BEFOER one starts to straighten up erect. All small things maybe, but huge benefits! Thank you! Looking forward to your other instruction videos...
