Hi Nathalie. Every person is an individual. Unique. I wrote to you during your burnout video. That I can understand you to some extent. What you may be feeling. What thoughts you may have. I can only do this because I also have mental illnesses. but everyone feels something called, for example, a panic attack or psychosis. Slightly different than the other one. This is the same as. If drug xxx helps me with illness yyy. You have the same diagnosis (yyy). That doesn't have to mean the medication xxx, which helped me. works for you too. I only know one thing. When you're feeling bad. Psychologically. You should have someone to talk to. But someone who has a similar illness. Because in my opinion only such a person. Understands one to some extent. And vice versa. Better than any psychologist or psychiatrist. I always say. Doctors are theorists. We are interns. Rock On

@@tommymolotow7110 Yes, exactly, we’re all unique… some are similar but still different.. it’s definitely good to talk to someone who can relate to feel understood and to connect if that’s what you need… ♥️🙏 (and we all need that sometimes) but I did talk to a professional last year, and I found it very helpful because this person was completely emotionally uninvolved and absolutely non-judgmental and she just listened to me and guided me in my thoughts so that I could go to places in my mind where I needed to work things out. Places I didn’t go on my own. She made things a little bit clearer and I only met her 3 times… it was really refreshing for me to talk to someone who didn’t have their own thoughts and feelings about what I was saying, about my life and how I should be feeling because of this or that. She just validated my feelings in a way a friends could not.. and it might not be because the friends are judgmental.. but it might just be that I am projecting my fear of being judged onto people who know me, so for me it was helpful to talk to someone who had absolutely no reason to judge me, because they knew nothing about me other than what I was saying. And her only “goal” was to help me clear things up because it was her job. So… in that case, where I was in my journey - that was exactly what I needed. 🙏

But for the most part I had to guide myself out of that darkness myself by figuring myself out and understanding myself… and I learned so much! I am grateful for it. 🙏♥️
