How to Bigflip on a Skateboard (big flip hacks)

My biggest obstacle with it was remembering to turn a full 180 with my body and just being prepared to catch and land switch but this is my favorite trick and have them first try every time so now I’m trying to learn double big flip and I can’t wait

It would make sense that in order to land bigflips you first need a solid bigspin but in my epxirence it doesn't work like that. When I go for a regular bigspin,my board just ends up doing half of a flip and I land with my griptape facing the ground. But you definetly need a solid 3flip and understanding of how to do backside 180 and being able to backside flip would also help a lot. I think in general bigflips are one of those easy-hard tricks. They look advanced but in reality is not that hard of a trick. You just go for a solid 3flip but at the same time open yourself as if you are doing a backside 180/backside flip. You also don't have to flik a lot. Flik just enough. Then just commit and that's it. PS : You give great advice of not turning your shoulder to much into it. That's the mistake I make to often.

I stay under it pretty well (still got that front foot heavy thing tho) but it goes to bigger flip almost every try. And when its a perfect tre then my body has only turned maybe 80°. Its so weird man.
