How i learned bs bigspins: back foot more in like a pop shove NOT A TRE FLIP, front foot lined up with the front bolts but not too close to them (keep the front foot slightly lower from the front bolts), keep shoulders PARALLEL to the board, if your shoulders are turned you have to rotate your body MORE to do the bigspin, if your shoulders are lined up with your board you can spin 180° more quickly rather than having to turn say 240°, find a comfy amount of balance and speed and finally WIND UP THOSE SHOULDERS! It helps a bunch to fully rotate the body. The secret technique is to OLLIE ever so slightly with front foot to keep the board going with rather than going behind you and it levels the board out. Experiment with your front foot being flat and angled and your back foot being more towards the edge of the tail versus being closer to the center of tail. Easier to watch these tips than to read them but my advice is to visuals them in your minds eye.

Also watch Tom's turorial for bs bigspins plus Ryan Gallant, Shane O'neill, Miles Silvas and Dylan Jaeb, they all have some nice Bigspins. Tom and Ryan have their front foot more on the board in comparison to the latter three who have their front foot more tippy toed.
