You know, I've heard "don't use ace bandages" many MANY times but I've never really known why it's so damaging so good to know! I just got a binder today and putting it on was so hard oml but I'm so glad it showed up. It's a GC2B and pretty comfy. Little strange at first but not uncomfortable.

If you dont have a bendy measuring tape like he does u can get a string and then wrap it around you and measure of that with a straight ruler or measuring tape 😄

I had sewn my first binder a couple of days ago, and it binds really well! It's breathable and it doesn't restrict my breathing which is a good thing. I look forward to getting a proper binder in the future though.

P!ATDLeo I measured my bust across the nipples all the way around, divided it by 3/4 and cut the length of it on muslin fabric, then I cut out four strips of spandex, sewed then all together to make a rectangular spandex thing, then I sewed both ends to the muslin strip to make a full circle

I just use binding sport bras. I can breathe fine (as it is used for working out) and no mobility is restricted. It's also easier to get on. Plus, it makes my chest only have a small bump (like in the video). P.S: It's also cheap, and for trans guys who haven't come out (like me) no one will be suspicious. P.S.S: (Wow.) I'm a size C, to compare.

For gc2b you can swim and exercise. You just have to go a size up (ex: If you are a small all you have to do is go up to a medium to swim and exercise)😁 just know I'm not making this up this info is actually on gc2b's instagram page @gc2b

I bought my first binder about a month ago. and I can't e'en begin to tell you how good it feels to have such a flat chest. I'm honestly not even sure what the brand is but it works really Fucking well. it's more of the first binder you described, it has that scratchy material but it works so well. it does Fuck with your breathing a bit but it's something that takes time to get use to I guess. I had bought it for like $4.50 on eBay.

I don’t really care about comfort or pain when it comes to binding but in your experience which binder would you say is the most flattening. I know you said the under works one was tight but I don’t know if the tight meant uncomfortable or flattening. Which would you say has the farthest apart straps since usually when I wear binders they always show under my shirt which kinda defeats some of the purpose. Summary: which tighter, which has farther straps?

I got top surgery a few days ago but before I got top surgery I bound my chest for about 1 and a half years. I was pretty unhealthy with it, for about six months I was rlly dysphoric and would bind while sleeping and before I got top surgery I would go to the gym and work out while binding. I was lucky and nothing bad happened but I would NOT recommend it because chances are you will get hurt
