Nice video👍 I picked up some tips and confirmed my ways! I freeze a lot of my greens in clumps, about ⅓ cup. Then toss in bags in the freezer for popping in smoothies or soups. Cooking for 1 works great!

Great video as usual! Unfortunately, my kale was infested with aphids. I couldn’t wash them off. Btw, I’ve been following your mulching ideas for a few years, and I have rich, beautiful soil now. Thank you for sharing all of your great ideas!

Idc what anyone says- kitchen sinks are not that clean (even after cleaned) where you should be prepping food in it 👀

Why would you think that a stainless steel sink could not be sanitized. Medical instruments are made from stainless steel. They are sanitized. If you clean a sink properly - it's clean.

@@maritimegardening4887 because sinks are breeding grounds of bacteria. It’s like scouring one of the dirtiest things in your house to then use to prep food. Contact with raw meat, dirty dishes, dirty hands, and a constantly moist environment lead to bacterial growth. The kitchen sink was found to be the #1 most contaminated area in the kitchen after meal preparation. Not to mention the drain stopper and any areas with crevices. It’s not best practice. The usda even has an article (which I tried to post here but wasn’t able to) about how kitchen sinks are often overlooked and not properly cleaned. They give a proper two step cleaning and sanitizing method that includes bleach and air drying after sanitizing. I would be curious on your cleaning and sanitizing process, and I’d bet most people are cross contaminating their food using this method.
