Not sure most engines allow any bleeding of the high pressure lines from the low pressure feed side. On small Yanmars for example you must operate the injection pump by cranking. The the high pressure lines will often clear themselves with a bit of cranking. Love your drawing Captain.

Darrell, thanks for your comment. Yes, bleed screws and locations and steps do vary, so check the user manual.

Great video. Question: When I manually pump the lifter and with the fuel filter bleed valve open, I'm not getting any fuel out the valve. I tried for 15 minutes, and not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if I need to keep doing it for a lot more time?
