How to Bleed Motorcycle Brakes (HINDI)

If you have changed any part of Brake like piston,pipes,Brake caliper etc or you are changing the old brake fluid then it is quite possible that air may get Trapped in thr Brakr system.Trapped air in the Brake system makes the Brakes inefficient. Actually this process of removing air from brake system is very very easy process but it needs some patience. You have to repeate the same process again and again for about 20-times. when all the trapped air get removes from the system then you will suddenly feel the difference in the Brake lever. A great video with nice explanation of important steps. First I tried to get it done from several mechanics but they refused to carry out this procedure. They only replace the brake oil just in the top master cylinder and warned me that brake bleeding procedure is very risky. Brakes worked fine before the procedure but lacked the bite. Motivated by this video, I decided to give it a try. During the procedure I faced these issues: In my motorcycle, brake fluid doesn't come out from the brake bleeder valve at all even after opening master cylinder cap and pumping the brake lever. I unscrewed the brake bleeder valve out completely and found to be completely dry from inside. So I flushed out the oil brake fluid by opening the brake hose 12'' nut. After that I put the 12'' hose nut back and filled the master cyclinder with new brake fluid. But no fluid is coming out from bleeder valve. I pumped the brake lever several times but no luck. Now the brakes are not working at all, they seem to be messed up. Please advise what should I do next. I've watched your other video on reverse bleeding too. Can reverse bleeding be carried out under these circumstances?

You can try reverse brake bleeding. I have one video over it. It is an alternate method.

Is oil coming out of hose pipe after you open the hose nut? If not, there will be problem with the master cylinder piston priming. Don't worry, your master cylinder piston is not damaged. When you press brake lever, there is a piston in master cylinder that pumps fluid in to the hose pipe. Only thing is it'll need some priming of brake fluid. Just like some water motors require water priming to pump water. It is simple procedure. Keep oil in master cylinder to half or more. For priming master cylinder piston, remove brake lever screw and partially pull the brake lever as if you are removing it. This will relax the pin that is connected to brake lever & master cylinder piston. Immediately, the fluid flows through hose pipe & you'll see fluid coming out at the other end of hose pipe if it's not connected to caliper. That's it. Your master cylinder piston is primed now. Fix back the brake lever with pin secured properly on to the piston. Now connect back the hose pipe to caliper & start with what is said in the video. You will see oil from bleeder nut. This happened to me & it took me a week to figure out. This happens when the entire oil in master cylinder goes very dry or when when you replace master cylinder piston.

@@Bilardothehunk I took it to a good mechanic who cleaned the master cylinder and hose pipe, replaced the master cylinder piston, poured new brake oll, pumped the brake lever few times with cover off the Master Cylinder, air being lighter came up as bubbles and then he closed the lid, that's all. All's good since then. In my case the brake oil dried up because air entered into the master cylinder due to faulty piston.

I am having Yamaha FZ V3, from last 3-4 months Brakes and ABS is not working. I have shown it to Yamah service centre, without checking, they said, it has problem in ABS Box. I asked them to check the cylinder piston in breaks and they had changed it, but problem is not solved. They said, we need to change the ABS Box, which is of 15,000 Rs. But Meter pe ABS ka koi issue nahi dikha raha.. Local garage me bhi dikhaya but problem solve nahi hua.. oil reservoir me kabi kabi bubble ata hai kabhi nahi ata. Yane oil pass kabhi hota hai, kabhi nahi hota.. Brake lagata hi nahi..kuch upay batayiye...

No no never use engine or any other oil. These is separate brake fluid comes for brakes. See the cap of Master cylinder , it's written there. It will be dot 3 or Dot-4 Brake fluid.

Koi baat nahi.. Wo bas brake pin ko cover karne ke liye aur idar udar na hilne ke liye. Kuch saal ke baad wo poora phat jayenge. Tab bhi problem nahi. Ye brake pin aapka lever aur jo andar master cylinder piston ko connect karta hei. Matlab, brake lever pin ko push karta hei aur pin master cylinder piston ko push karte jiski waje se aapka brake oil hose pipe mei jaata hei.

Hi my bike bleed nipple is rusted and stuck very hard. If I will apply pressure on it,I guess it will brake and I end up buying a new assembly that will cost more than a thousnad....any solution? My disc brake is very spongy....
