Great job on the brake bleeding video Clifford! I always learn something from you!

You ain't kidding about taking a while. Just replacing the pads, without breaking the system, it takes an hour to get the pressure back. I just rebuilt the caliper and master cylinder and I've been pumping on it on and off for 2 days and it's just now starting to give a hint of pressure.

I used the air bleeder gun from harbor freight. It worked great especially the new rear master cylinder. When are you going to start posting again? My front brake lever has a scrunchy feel when I pull it in. It works great but the lever just fills strange. Is that typical? Come on back Clifford. Your bike is the same as mine. b-142p under the locking gas lid. I never knew that. Thanks.

I followed your advice on holding the brake lever in on the front and put something heavy on the rear brake pedal ... they both worked on my 1500 after bleeding both using a vacuum pump ... the old fluid was as dark as oil... just wanted to give you a shout out

Vacuum bleed those brakes. Saves so much time and energy

Clifford, I think you missed a step on the front brakes, You don't show taking the wheel cover off or what to do at the front brake. All of a sudden you are pumping the brakes into a bucket? Also, I have great brakes on the front but none on the rear. Do I have to do the front process before the rear???

Why not use a vacuum bleeder. Its so much faster
@kawasakirule37074 жыл бұрын
That's why I buy a vacuum pump bleeder you don't have to go through all that nonsense to get out the air.

Great how to Cliff but can't the head banging music people play on these, I'd rather hear a ratchet click.
