Np glad it helped! You want to use the dry brush right away and the wetter the paint the better - don't wait for it to dry at all because the drier it is the harder it is to blend.

I used to blend without wet brush but this is a very nice tip to make soft blends! I will definitely try it next time. I have a question. They used to say get a wet brush (water) and use it as a base for the background on canvas and then when it dries you can use your paints. Is it correct or what is it for? Thanks!

This runs counter to everything I experienced when I tried to do something like this. I used a dry brush to blend and it just dragged and stuck. Used a bit of water and then it was too wet. Super frustrating.

Little thinner than normal and no, just use the blending brush to apply the paint and for the initial mixing. Finish it with the large, dry wash brush.
