This is called Paper Straw. You can buy it at Petershams, but they only have knotted paper straw in stock at the moment www.petershams.com/collections/summer-hat-bodies/products/knotted-paper-capeline-hat-body Or here www.baxterhart.org Alternatively try to find on google your local suppliers.
