How to blow a transparent Balloon- BoBo Balloon with Helium and inscribe a name on it.

This video will teach you the technicalities of blowing a big transparent balloon either with a helium gas or with your normal pump. I will also be showing you one of the ways a name can be Inscribed on the balloon. These balloons are used in showers, surprise parties, additions to balloon Decoration etc.
