I find that curling my tongue towards a 'U' or 'V' like shape works.

I just got the bend on a C harp by creating an air bubble between my teeth and lower lip and then popping that through the harmonica. Is this a correct technique or should I be able to do it with just my throat? If you cant get it at all, try my tip. I didn't see this tip anywhere but it gives me the sound pretty reliably.

I was practicing going through the full blues scale on your "Unlocking the Upper Octave and How to Play the Blues Scale All the Way Up!" tutorial but can't get the 6 over blow at all on the C harmonica. So I came to this tutorial to try and learn it. I got the 8 blow bend pretty good on the G harmonica but the 6 blow bend on the C harmonica just won't come out. Could you give me some tips on how to get the over blow note on the C harmonica? Thanks for all of your lessons, it is helping me a lot!

A great player told me that it's like sucking water through a straw and then slowly blowing it back through the the straw into a cup. And that is the exact position your tongue should be in to OB! So think of the harmonica is the straw and try it. It worked for me a few times and now I can't get it again! Lol Good luck to you!

Just bought a harmonica, your channel is amazing, I learn a lot, but I can't bend at all... I'm very familiar with music, I play music since 17 years. My harminoca is a cheap Harley Benton I bought for fun (didn't know I will enjoy it so much), does my unability to do bends couls came from my cheap harmonica ?

It might be due to a cheap harp. Never tried it but the photo of it looks like a pretty basic or low quality. You won't know unless you try on a better one. Hohner Special 20 is really good. Below that Suzuki Bluesmaster is still a step up from the HB.

As he says in the video, the higher notes require an other bending technique than the lower ones. You‘re bending them while exhaling, not while inhaling like you do with the lower notes :-)
